- Your loved one wishes to live at home and in their community as long as possible and/or you’d like to delay their move to a long-term residential care facility.
- You need a safe, secure setting for your loved one with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and/or mobility issues.
- Your loved one would benefit from socialization and interaction with other adults.
- To reduce caregiver stress, burnout, anxiety and depression.
Circle Center is where Susie got her second breath – forming new friendships, enjoying arts and crafts, playing games, and feeling a sense of belonging that dementia began to erode.
