Heather Turbyne-Pollard, CDP

CEO

Professional Accomplishments

Heather brings a breadth and depth of non-profit experience to Circle Center, having spent 15 years with United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg, followed by five years with Health Brigade, formerly Fan Free Clinic. Heather touched nearly all aspects of United Way’s operation. She led the Community Impact Division, and then later focused on strategic planning and relationship building with corporations and foundations. In 2015, Heather became Director of Resources and Philanthropy at Health Brigade. In that role, she led development and fundraising efforts, and oversaw human resources, IT, and volunteer management. Heather joined Circle Center as CEO in February 2020.
